Dried Heritage Mexican and US Southwestern Chile Pods

Four ounce packs of dried heritage chile pods. Mixed varieties in each pack. These chilies were grown at our farm as a project to promote and preserve heritage chile varieties. Dehydrated at low temperature to preserve flavor and color. These packs are perfect to make red sauce for enchiladas, tamales, Texas chili, etc.! Our plan is to expand this line and sell packages of single varieties, but in the meantime, we wanted to share this goodness! Price does not include shipping.
